Yeah, your secrets no more stay secrets when you tell them to someone else, even if you consider that person trustworthy. To be safe, it's better to keep them to yourself.

This is truly said, as I also believe that when someone has ever divulged a secret so he/she can expect that his/her secret can come out too.
