Nowadays tuitions have become very essential. Parents tend to believe that theirs children will succeed in the academic field if only they take as much tuitions in the subjects they are weak. But i believe that tuitions are not totally vital for the child to succeed.
OR IS IT BECAUSE...
The teachers are doing less than half of their duty to encourage parents to send theirs children to take tuitions?
OR IS IT POSSIBLE THAT...
The system of education is not properly 'mise en place'

Its always been like that, thus if someone doesnt take tuitions, people will take him or his family wrong.
But if ever the Bacalaureat International is set up, then No tuitions will be required, thats what I heard...
I hope it sets up.
